Order Cancellation Policy - Satisfaction
Please refer to the terms and conditions policy
for each individualized product or service. Generally, cancellation request
must be received before products are shipped, manufactured, or processed.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of some of our products and services,
cancellation request must take into consideration the expense incurred by
the company to fulfill the original order. If such requests are made after
the service is rendered, or product is manufactured, the product or service
will be billed and shipped accordingly!
How to cancel your order
You may cancel your order by calling us at 1(323)349-0860, as soon as possible.
Requests to cancel must be made on the same day the order is placed, until
the closing time (6:00p.m. PST) of the same day.
Order Cancellation Confirmation
Please make sure to receive a confirmation to cancel your order from us when
you call to cancel. The Customer Service Rep. should give you an order
cancellation number confirming your request was processed!
Live-Seminars Education Cancellations / Transfers
Cancellations: A 48 hours written notice
to cancel, preferably in a certified mail, is required in order for the
requesting applicant to receive a refund of the original registration fee.
Otherwise, fee received is not refunded. American Notary Group has the right
to change this cancellation policy without any prior notice.
Transfers: Requests for registration
transfer must be received in our office 48 hours prior to the commencement
of the notary class. Otherwise, a transfer fee of 75% of the original fee
applies to the new registration. American Notary Group has the right to change
this transfer policy without any prior notice.
Refunds: As required
by state regulations refunds apply in the following situations:
1) The course is delayed to start for more than 15 minutes of the scheduled
time frame. The Student-applicant can request a refund when he or she immediately
inform the course provider of his/her intention not to stay for the class
and depart the class room before it starts.
2) If the course provider (Instructor) does not show up on the scheduled
time for the class.
3) The education provider is not authorized to provide notary education and
does not hold a State Certificate of Approval for the notary education provided.
Online / Home-Study Education Cancellations / Transfers
Cancellations / Refunds: Cancellations
for the online course should be submitted before receiving course
registration information and/or course access code, normally sent in the
same day ordered. To cancel your enrollment in the notary online course,
call us at 1-323-349-0860, for a 100% refund authorization code. Otherwise,
course fee received is not refunded. Also, see our order

Cancellations for the Home-study course should be submitted before
the course materials are shipped to you. To cancel your enrollment in the
Home-study course, call us at 1-323-349-0860, for a 100% refund authorization

Transfers: Written requests for registration
transfer from either the Online or Home-study course to the Live-Interactive
course/seminar require a 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of the
Live-Interactive Notary Course.
If the course transfer request is made after the Notary Online Course
is accessed, or the
Notary Home-Study Course is shipped, an additional transfer fee of 90%
of the Notary Live-Interactive Course original fee applies to the new
