Proof of Completion Certificate
In order to receive your proof of course completion, you need to satisfactorily
complete the six-hour course of notary study. This Proof of Completion will
be handed to you by the class Instructor. You need to submit this certificate
with your notary application to the exam proctor before you take your notary
exam.
Registration - Check-in

Seminar Check-in is from 8:30a.m. to 8:59a.m. The seminar starts exactly
at 9:00a.m. and will end at exactly 4:00p.m. - A State exam will follow at
approximately 4:15 pm. - A 30 minutes lunch break is scheduled at 12:00 pm.

Although not encouraged, On-site registration is available only if space
is available; a $20 additional fee will be added to the seminar fee. Due
to the state's mandatory education requirement, participant-applicants will
not be admitted after 9:10a.m. participant-applicants who arrive after 9:10
a.m. may reschedule for a fee of $99.95 by calling 1-323-349-0860.

Course Registration and Confirmation
Your seminar kit, including your study materials, admission ticket, application,
and confirmation letter will be mailed to you the following day of the
registration request. If your seminar kit was not received within seven days
of your initial registration, please call us at 1(323)349-0860 to verify
receipt of your registration and check your seat reservation.
Cancellations / Transfers / Refunds
Cancellations: A 48 hours written notice
to cancel, preferably in a certified mail, is required in order for the
requesting applicant to receive a refund of the original registration fee.
Otherwise, fee received is not refunded. American Notary Group has to right
to change this cancellation policy without prior notice.
Transfers: Requests for registration
transfer must be received in our office 48 hours prior to the commencement
of the notary class. Otherwise, a transfer fee of 75% of the original fee
applies to the new registration. American Notary Group has to right to change
this transfer policy without prior notice.
Refunds: As required
by state regulations refunds apply in the following situations:

1) The course is delayed to start for more than 15 minutes of the scheduled
time frame. The Student-applicant can request a refund when he or she immediately
inform the course provider of his/her intention not to stay for the class
and depart the class room before its starts.

2) If the course provider (Instructor) does not show up on the scheduled
time for the class.

3) The education provider is not authorized to provide notary education and
does not hold a State Certificate of Approval for the notary education provided.

More Than Three Participants, 10%
Discount.
This 10% applies to individuals or organizations who enroll three or more
students all together in this class. The group registration must be placed
at same time for all notary-applicants. The 10% applies to each individual
in the group. Enrolled notary-applicants may come to the same class or different
dates and locations. American Notary Group has to right to change this discount
policy without prior notice.
Exam Pass Guaranteed:
If you do not pass the State exam after
satisfactorily completing this class, you are guaranteed to attend another
seminar as available for two more attempts. This guarantee expires after
one-year of the original date of class attendance. American Notary
Group has to right to change this exam pass guaranteed policy without prior
notice.
