Course Objective:
Students enrolled in this course shall learn the rules & regulations
governing notaries' duties and responsibilities in California as mandated
by the office of the Secretary of State. Students who fully and satisfactorily
complete this online course shall meet the State required six-hours of mandatory
notary education course of study.

This State-approved online course is divided into 25 lessons. At the end
of lesson 24 you will be provided with an open-book Notary Assessment Test
(Lesson 25).
Students enrolled in this course shall learn the rules & regulations

Proof of Completion will be mailed to you as soon as you complete the course
and submit the following (provided): the completed and signed, Notary Assessment
Test Answer Sheet, along with the completed and signed, Course Registration
Form and the completed and signed, Affidavit of Six-Hour Completion Form.
We will mail your Proof of Completion, along with the notary commission
application, and a schedule for the State exam locations and dates nearest
you (you may take the State Exam at any of our Live seminars -- you need
